Our client is a paediatric disability provider supporting children, young people and families across greater Brisbane. The service brings together allied health and broader disability supports, with a multidisciplinary team across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, nursing and support work. The team supports children and young people with complex disability and related health needs, with strong referral demand across Speech Pathology. About the Role: This is a paediatric Speech Pathologist role supporting children and young people across a flexible clinic, community and teletherapy model. Your week may include: Speech Pathology assessment and intervention for children and young people with complex disability Supporting developmental delay, physical disability, congenital and genetic conditions Feeding, swallowing and mealtime management support Assistive communication and AAC-related intervention Clinic-based therapy across greater Brisbane sites Home, school and community-based sessions depending on client needs Teletherapy/telehealth where clinically appropriate Collaboration with OTs, Physiotherapists, Dietitians and Allied Health Assistants Flexible scheduling, with clinicians able to plan their own timetables Remote completion of admin and invoicing tasks when not required on site The broader team works across multiple community therapy locations, with a larger team base in Brisbane’s south and smaller northside teams. School-based work is also part of the service model.
